Founder Profile
Nick Lacey is a resilient, purpose-driven entrepreneur with 30+ years of leadership across food manufacturing, public service, and green tech innovation.
After a career in law enforcement and overcoming personal health challenges—including MS and a major stroke—Nick founded LEDHero and invented the patented Fireopanel, a fire-resistant LED panel. Building on this innovation, he created the EcoPanel, combining sustainability, safety, and affordability.
